Does NavoBook connect to Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. Both connect over their APIs so orders flow into NavoBook. Orders from any other channel can be brought in from a CSV or Excel file with your own column mapping.
Which couriers are supported?
PostEx connects directly over its API for tracking. For other couriers, tracking statuses are brought in and mapped to NavoBook’s own statuses, and their settlements are reconciled the same way.
How does cash on delivery reconciliation work?
When a courier pays you, the settlement is matched against the orders it covers. Delivered orders are cleared, charges are booked as a cost, and anything short or missing is left visible instead of disappearing into one bank entry.
What happens to returned parcels?
Returns go into a pending returns queue. When the parcel is received back, the goods return to stock by lot and the sale is reversed correctly in the accounts.
