All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Your connection to NavoBook is always secure — whether you are accessing it from your office, home, or on the go.
NavoBook uses schema-based multi-tenancy. Each company operates in its own isolated database schema. There is zero chance of data leaking between companies — your data is physically separated at the database level.
Every user is assigned specific permissions per module and per action. Your accountant can only access financials. Your warehouse staff can only see inventory. No one sees more than they need to.
Every action in NavoBook is logged — who changed what, when, and from which value to which value. This provides complete accountability and makes it easy to trace any modification across all 11 modules.
Your data is backed up automatically on a regular schedule. In the event of any issue, we can restore your data to a recent point. You can also export your own data at any time via Excel or PDF.
NavoBook uses JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens and rotating refresh tokens. Sessions are managed securely, and all tokens are blacklisted on logout to prevent unauthorized reuse.
