Data encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Your connection to NavoBook is always secure, whether you are accessing it from your office, home, or on the go.
Complete data isolation
NavoBook uses schema-based multi-tenancy. Each company operates in its own isolated database schema, so your data is separated at the database level rather than by a filter in the application.
Role-based access control
Every user is assigned specific permissions per module and per action. Your accountant can only reach the financials. Your warehouse staff can only see inventory. Nobody sees more than they need to.
Full audit trail
Every action in NavoBook is logged: who changed what, when, and from which value to which value. That is complete accountability, and it makes any modification across all 23 modules traceable.
Automatic backups
Your data is backed up automatically on a regular schedule. If anything goes wrong we can restore it to a recent point, and you can export your own books at any time to Excel or PDF.
Secure authentication
NavoBook uses JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens and rotating refresh tokens. Sessions are managed securely, and every token is blacklisted on logout so it cannot be reused.
