NavoBook is a cloud ERP built specifically for Pakistani businesses. It brings accounting, inventory, sales, purchases, HR and payroll, production, agriculture, banking, fixed assets, e-commerce, real estate, budgeting and an AI assistant together into one connected platform of 20 modules.

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Two plans. Standard is PKR 20,000 a month for up to 5 users. Enterprise is quoted to your setup, for teams that need more than 5 logins, and adds a dedicated onboarding manager, data migration done for you, priority support and custom reports and templates built to your spec. All 20 modules are included in both, and nothing is locked behind a tier.

Do I need to install anything?

No. NavoBook runs entirely in your web browser. There is nothing to download or install: sign in and start using it. It works on desktop, laptop and tablet, and your team can use the mobile portal on their phones.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Each company's data is isolated in its own PostgreSQL schema, so no company can ever read another's. Data is encrypted, backed up before every deployment and nightly, and hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure.

All 20 modules are included in both plans: Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchases, Banking, HR & Payroll, Production, Agriculture, Fixed Assets, E-Commerce, Real Estate, Budgeting & Forecasting, Reports, Audit Trail, AI Assistant, Employee Portal, Work Tracker, Petty Cash & Gate Pass, Smart Customization, and Settings & Admin. There are no module restrictions and no paywalls.

Does NavoBook report invoices to FBR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sales invoices are reported in real time through the PRAL Digital Invoicing API, with buyer NTN verification, HS code lookup and an FBR QR code printed on every invoice. A reported invoice is locked from edit or void, as the rules require, and debit notes are handled. Sales tax and withholding calculation are built in.

Can I manage multiple companies?

Yes. Each company gets its own subdomain and fully isolated database, and you switch between them from a single account using the built-in admin panel.

Can I run branches or business units inside one company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multi-unit accounting splits a single company into self-balancing business units: branches, divisions or sister concerns. Each unit keeps its own books, inter-unit transfers post due-to and due-from entries on their own, and you can read a separate profit and loss and balance sheet per unit as well as one consolidated set for the group. It is optional and switched on when you need it.

Can I add my own fields and track by project, branch or salesperson?

Yes. Custom fields and dimensions let you add fields to any form and tag transactions with dimensions such as project, branch, cost centre or salesperson, then break profit and every report down by any of them, without custom development.

Is the AI reliable?

Accepted Answer

The AI assistant is in early access. It scans invoices and bills to pre-fill entries, summarises your financials, surfaces dashboard insights and answers report questions in plain English, but AI can make mistakes. Always review an AI-generated entry, summary or insight before you save it or rely on it. Your books stay under your control, and usage is capped per company so costs stay predictable.

Does NavoBook handle agriculture and farming?

Yes. The agriculture module covers crop cycles, harvests, finished-goods lots, cost of sales postings, per-acre benchmarks, yield plans, cycle budgets, crop failures and approval workflows. It is designed for sugar cane, vegetable and field-crop operations in Pakistan.

Can I customise invoices and prints?

Yes. Print templates let you design your own invoices, purchase orders, goods receipt notes and delivery notes to match your brand, with no developer involved.
