Questions about the price
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. Implementation is part of the price on both plans. On Standard we set up your chart of accounts, opening balances and items and train your team; on Enterprise a dedicated manager runs the whole migration.
- Are any modules charged separately?
- No. All 20 modules ship with both plans, agriculture and production included. There is no accounting base with inventory locked behind an upgrade, and no add-on invoice three weeks in.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs into the ERP itself. Employee portal logins, where your team submits claims, leave requests and gate passes from their phones, do not count towards the 5.
- What does Enterprise actually cost?
- It depends on how many people need to sign in and how much of the setup you want us to do. Tell us the shape of your business and we will quote it in a day, with the number written down rather than negotiated.
- Can I move between plans?
- Yes, in either direction, and your data does not move anywhere. The plan controls how many logins you have and how much hands-on work we do, not what the software can do.
- Is there a contract?
- It is month to month. Cancel whenever you like and export everything to Excel or PDF on the way out. Your data is yours.
