Transfer Stock Between Locations

Move inventory from one warehouse or location to another.

Creating a stock transfer

  1. 1Go to Inventory → Stock Transfers
  2. 2Click New Transfer
  3. 3Select the Source Location (from) and Destination Location (to)
  4. 4Add the items and quantities to transfer
  5. 5Set the transfer date
  6. 6Click Post

Both locations must exist under Inventory → Locations before you can transfer between them. Add new locations there first.

Viewing transfer history

All posted transfers appear in the Stock Transfers list. Click any row to view its full details. Transfers cannot be edited after posting, if you need to reverse one, create a transfer going the opposite direction.
